BARCELONA WEDDING
PHOTOGRAPHER
FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS
BASED IN BARCELONA
AVAILABLE IN SPAIN
Barcelona is a city that does both: old stone and new design, slow vermut afternoons and big-night energy. If you’re planning a destination wedding here, you’re probably not trying to stage a “perfect day.” You want a day that’s fully lived—the kind that moves fast, gets messy in the best way, and still looks effortless in photos.
ABOUT ME
I’m Rose Crenes, Barcelona-based and working with international couples across Spain. My style blends documentary and editorial: I’ll give you images that feel cinematic, but I won’t turn your wedding into a photoshoot unless you want that — and even then, we keep it real.
What it’s like to get married in Barcelona
Barcelona weddings have a specific rhythm: city energy, Mediterranean food, golden-hour light, and venues that can go from modern architecture to masia countryside in under an hour.
This is a great fit if you want:
A destination weekend (welcome dinner + wedding + beach day)
A wedding that feels stylish but not stiff
Photos with texture: streets, sea, stone, movement, real emotion
Your wedding is not a performance. It’s an experience.
MY APPROACH: AKA NO PERFORMANCE REQUIRED
I work close, calm, and quietly:
I don’t interrupt moments to “make content”
I anticipate the chaos (champagne spills, hugs, ugly-cry dads) and photograph it like it matters
I’ll guide you when it helps (portraits, family photos), and disappear when it doesn’t
If you’re not into stiff posing, you’ll feel safe here. Portraits with me are walking, breathing, laughing mid-sentence—lived, not arranged.

Barcelona is destination-friendly, but vendor English varies—having a bilingual planner can make everything smoother.
-
Barcelona has so much going on that a tight timeline is your friend. I can help shape the photography flow so you’re not sprinting through your own wedding.
